Synthesizing personal history and personal archive, reenactment, and found footage with Daniel Drennen-ElAwar, whose work uses decolonial frameworks to reconsider intercountry adoption, DISORIENT examines love, identity, and exploitation in the aftermath of China’s one child policy.
